Christmas Gift Ideas for Theme Park Enthusiasts

gift-1420830_1920It’s almost that ‘most wonderful time of the year’ where gift giving is the main attraction. Christmas is an enjoyable time of year for some, from being able to spend time with your family and friends and indulging on those mouth watering hot drinks from Costa and Starbucks!

Whether you personally are a theme park enthusiast, or have a theme park geek friend, partner, wife/husband, kids, parents (if you’re lucky!), you might be wondering what you could possibly get them for Christmas?

I’ve put together a little list of gift ideas that I think would be great for any theme park enthusiast.

VIP Experience at Thorpe Park

Fancy going all out and treating that special someone to a VIP experience on an Island Like No Other? From coaster climbsΒ of Colossus & The Swarm to behind the scenes of Stealth, you could spoil that special someone this Christmas. Merlin Annual Passholders can get a discount when booking the experience too.

VIP Experience at Chessington World of Adventures

If you have got any animal lovers, Chessington has a whole host of VIP Zoo experiences. From Giraffe feeding to being a zoo keeper for a day! There is something for everyone, including children, and with some experiences being reasonably priced, you won’t need to break the bank to treat your family and friends this Christmas.

CoasterCrate Shop

CoasterCrate is a small business that designs and create their own merchandise. From pop badges to t-shirts to lanyards. All at a great price, and are perfect stocking filler gift ideas. There is also a pretty Nemesis Inferno style print which would be perfect artwork on the wall. Get a nice frame and you’ll have a Christmas gift sorted!

Theme Park CDs

Yes, I am thinking of IMAScore and their range of music CDs. From Magische Vallei at Toverland to a mix of Liseberg tracks, you cannot go wrong with giving a CD as a present this year. If you want to make things even more nice, why not throw in an IMAScore tote bag just to add that something extra to the mix. Or if you have got a trip planned before Christmas to any theme park abroad, head into their gift shops and see if they sell any CDs, making the sentiment even more special.

Theme Park Books

I personally love reading books even if I have phases where I won’t read a book for months. And being a avid theme park goer, there are PLENTY of books to read around theme parks. Amazon.co.uk is the place to go to find all sorts of theme park books. Trust me, you will find something. Disney parks fan? There are loads to choose from.

Theme Park Toys

Now, this one might be a bit random but trust me on this idea. KNEX has a selection of theme park related creations that you can create, and it doesn’t have to be limited to kids! You can buy the theme park sets from major retail stores such as John Lewis for a decent price tag. So if you have run out of ideas, maybe give this one a try. I think this would be a fab gift to receive at Christmas.

Or, if you are feeling very generous, there is always the wonderful gift of taking your partner/family/friends away on a theme park trip during Christmas and New Year. (Although it is worth it for the memories, don’t make your bank account cry too much over the sheer cost of going away during the Christmas holidays).

That’s all for now!
